I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, BlueChoice and PAR Plan. I am no longer accepting new BCBS clients. If you are a BCBS customer and still want to see me, you will need to pay my full fee.
For most other insurances, I am considered an out-of-network provider. An itemized statement can be provided to those who choose to file an insurance claim for reimbursement.
What is your cancellation / no show policy?
I require 24 hours notice for cancellation or change of an appointment. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of our appointment time will be billed to the client at the rate of a full session.
What should I do if I miss an appointment?
As above, if you miss an appointment, you will owe for the full cost of the appointment. You may call to schedule a new appointment.
What can I expect at the first appt?
We will go over privacy and confidentiality, your background and discuss the reasons for you coming in for therapy. At the end of our first visit we will decide whether it makes sense to begin working together.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your paperwork, your insurance card (if using insurance) and a form of payment. Cash or check are preferable.
